Brighton Crossings Residents,

As we get close to spring, we would like to take a moment to remind all residents in the Brighton Crossings Metro District about the importance of submitting landscaping plans and exterior changes for approval.

As outlined in the Design guidelines, landscaping is a key component of maintaining the aesthetic appeal and harmony of our neighborhood. We appreciate your commitment to enhancing the beauty of our community through thoughtful landscaping and exterior modifications. To ensure any changes made align with the overall vision of the District, it is required for all residents to submit their landscaping plans and exterior alterations for approval prior to installing them.

  • Initial landscaping is required to be submitted and approved by the District prior to installation.  All homes are required to have a buried sprinkler system installed in the front, side and backyards. All plant material shall be irrigated. Initial landscaping must be installed within 9 months of closing.
  • All modifications to the exterior of your home or landscaping must be applied for and approved.  This includes the addition of a trampoline or pergola to your yard.
  • All privacy screens must be approved by the District and must follow the District guidelines.
  •  All fences must be sealed according to the District guidelines.  The options  preservative color for the community can be located at the line here
