Group Exercise Class Descriptions
High-intensity cardio and strength intervals alternating with brief rest periods
Enjoy an introduction into Hatha yoga, stretching and breathing through a variety of yoga postures to release physical and mental tension. Participants should feel comfortable getting up and down from the floor in this mat-based class.
