As all Owners are aware from prior correspondence from Brighton Crossing Master Association, Inc. (the “Association), the Association has been contemplating dissolution of the Association and consolidation of the functions of the Association related to design review and covenant enforcement into the existing metropolitan districts and the Brighton Crossings Operations Board. With the election of the Delegates now complete, it is time to continue that process and have the Delegates vote on the dissolution of the Association and on an Amended and Restated Declaration which accomplishes the consolidation of functions mentioned above.
This notice is being sent to all elected Delegates of the Association, as well as to all owners. A special meeting of the Delegates is to be held on the date set forth above via Zoom, as indicated, at which the Delegates will be voting on these matters. All Delegates should plan on attending this meeting. All owners are welcome to attend, but all votes will be cast by the Delegates on behalf of owners in accordance with the Association’s governing documents. If you would like to review the Amended and Restated Declaration the Delegates will be voting on, it can be found on the Association’s website at https://www.brightoncrossings-connect.com/community-documents/legal-document-library/.
