Only 5 Days Left to receive ballots for the Brighton Crossing Master Association Election.
The Association needs a 25% voter turn-out in each District for the election to be valid. Below is a map of the current ballot needs – if you live in those areas that are “short” please submit your ballot back.
As a reminder: currently the Brighton Crossing Master Association has no assets, responsibilities, or duties. Ten years ago, there was an agreement that transferred all duties and responsibilities to the Brighton Crossing Operation Board.
The Brighton Crossing Master Association only exists on paper, but by state law it must be insured, hold elections and file annual reports – all of which costs the residents of Brighton Crossings thousands of dollars annually ($2,500) for no return in services.
